Toshiba America Business Solutions is hiring a Systems Support Specialist III in the MA-NH-RI marketplace with remote and onsite duties. You will troubleshoot complex networks, systems, and applications, providing efficient repair and on-site support while coordinating with customer IT teams.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and collaboration with clients to resolve technical issues as they arise. A driver’s license and travel are required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of experience in networking systems, systems support, interfaces and connectivity.
• Knowledgeable in hardware and software industry.
• Experience with installation and upgrades to network systems/equipment.
• Prior experience with multifunctional devices; network certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems efficiently.
• Monitor systems and respond to site surveys as needed.
• Conduct confirmation tests as directed.
