Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience for complex systems.
• 5+ years in the Software Development Lifecycle (Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration & Test).
• 3+ years leading software development projects.
• 3+ years of programming in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience in Agile software development and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain requirements, architecture, algorithms, interfaces, and design for high-performance C2 software.
• Lead software development in scaled Agile with a DevSecOps environment.
• Support progress demonstrations to customer representatives and IPT leadership.
• Perform day-to-day roles as Product Owner/Tech Lead, Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master, or Integration & Test lead.
• Help IPT define and meet development and integration schedules within cost baselines.
