JCTM is seeking a Systems Safety Specialist (C5ISR – Sensor) in South Carolina to lead safety engineering and compliance across defense programs. Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on defense system safety experience.
• Experience in at least three specialized safety disciplines listed in the ad.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Strong written and oral communication with government and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain system safety documentation and plans.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for safety data and compliance.
• Identify and track Critical Safety Items (CSI) and support design interfaces.
• Participate in IPT meetings and Safety Review Boards; document actions.
