Job summary

CACI is seeking a JIATF 401 Systems Engineer in the United States on a full-time basis. The role leads planning, integration, verification, and lifecycle management of an integrated C2 capability to ensure interoperable radar, sensor, and data systems for timely command decisions.

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and have at least 5 years in systems engineering or related C2/misson systems roles, with strong communication and cross-team coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline and at least 5 years of systems engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with C2 systems, mission systems integration, sensors, or related technical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, integration, verification, and lifecycle management of an integrated C2 capability.
• Ensure interoperability of radars, sensors, effectors, and communications within a system-of-systems.
• Develop and manage battle management requirements and data exchange.
• Assess performance measures for latency, data completeness, track quality, and decision-support.
• Coordinate across operations, engineering, acquisition, cybersecurity, logistics, test, and contractor teams.
