Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Senior Systems Quality Engineer who specializes in system-level validation, integration testing, and test automation to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of complex software and hardware in semiconductor test environments.

You will collaborate with software, systems, hardware, and QE teams to validate end-to-end functionality, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive quality improvements through automation, CI/CD, and data-driven practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of quality engineering or related experience.
• Experience with system-level, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS.
• Programming experience in C#/C++.
• Scripting with Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading testing efforts in Agile using Jira.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level test strategies, plans, and validation for complex hardware and software.
• Design and maintain manual and automated tests to validate functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, hardware, and networks.
• Improve QE processes, automation frameworks, and validation practices.
• Develop test automation and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with PM, Development, Systems and QE teams.
• Analyze results and provide recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers.
