Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level clearance requiring U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in an engineering discipline with project planning and technical leadership.
• Experience solving complex technical problems using best practices, theories and techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and advising management.
• Ability to lead and manage small and multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead and guide technical teams to define, develop, and deliver critical systems and components while ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets.
• Develop solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Manage project schedules and budgets and oversee execution through the project lifecycle.
