Qualifications

• 9+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead capability proposal activity from Request for Proposal (RFP) through submission.
• Coordinate with technical leads and suppliers to ensure project work is on time.
• Maintain oversight of cost, schedule and performance metrics.
