Job summary

A10 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Systems Platform, to help develop network system software and architecture. You will design and implement infrastructure via CLI, WebUI, and management applications, and collaborate with senior engineers to specify features.

You will test with automated infrastructure to ensure coverage and consistency, document code, and assist QA and customer support in delivering patches. A Bachelor or Master’s in CS/EE/CE or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Strong C/C++ programming in Linux/RTOS or similar environments.
• Experience with multithreading and real-time high availability embedded systems.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and common IP protocols used in networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop network system software and architecture alongside senior engineers.
• Design and implement CLI, WebUI, and management apps from A10 or third parties.
• Test software with automated methodologies to ensure coverage and reliability.
• Document code and assist product docs and user guides.
• Support QA and assist customer support with patches for reported issues.
