Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.
- Several years of systems operations and production support experience.
- Strong Linux administration and mail technology knowledge (SMTP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Experience with Proofpoint and Cloudmark products.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support production messaging and email infrastructure.
- Monitor, incident response, and service validation in production.
- Administer Linux-based systems and services.
- Configure and troubleshoot SMTP routing, relays, and mail-flow.
- Investigate production incidents using root-cause analysis.
- Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency.
- Create runbooks, documentation, and knowledge base.
- Participate in on-call rotations and deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure security, compliance, availability, and performance.
