Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Systems Engineer to deliver, implement, and maintain system and network solutions supporting continuous operations. The role spans design-to-operations, gathering network requirements, planning, and implementing solutions to ensure performance and availability of server and network services.

You will document configurations, security policies, and incident response plans, and participate in on-call support in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

Strong experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
Hands-on with VMware, SRAs, VPNs, firewalls, and security policies.
Experience with Microsoft 365/Entra ID and cloud migrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Network Engineering - Design, deploy, and maintain functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN), including the installation, setup, and configuration of switches and LAN devices with VLAN routing and switching.
Configure and install servers and SANs and implement and maintain VMware and Site Recovery/replication (SRA) environments.
Administer SonicWall firewalls and ZTNA and set up and maintain site-to-site and client-toserver VPN systems.
Monitor network performance, capacity, and integrity, and recommend improvements to performance, capacity, and scalability.
Support migration from internally hosted infrastructure to colocation and cloud services, including Microsoft 365 and Amazon Web Services (EC2).
