Job summary
Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a Systems IPT Lead to drive design and development on a scaled agile program. You will guide Scrum Teams, perform CAM responsibilities, and collaborate with Product Management to deliver secure, cross-domain solutions for mission computing and crypto technologies.
The role requires strong MBSE and agile leadership, excellent communication, and a U.S. citizenship with an active SECRET clearance.
Qualifications
- Experience as CAM focusing on Earned Value and Agile lifecycles.
- Experience with MBSE concepts and tools.
- Experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with extensive relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a Systems Engineering Scrum Team through Design and Development on a scaled agile program.
- Communicate with management, teams, and customers at multiple levels.
- Interface with Hardware and Software Scrum Teams to resolve dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, and staffing to meet quality goals.
- Estimate costs, resources, and time to hit business targets.
- Analyze trends, performance, and forecasting data for projects.
- Monitor progress against cost, schedule and technical specs to meet objectives.
- Lead regular project performance meetings and manage issues and actions.
- Provide support for proposals and bids using estimation tools.
