Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8 years engineering experience.
• Experience with missile sub-assembly integration and test.
• Ability to travel to support test events.
• Ability to obtain interim secret U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee missile integration engineers with planning integration of missile sub-assemblies.
• Support complex integration and test events including development of test beds for system level integration and test.
• Coordinate resources and execution of events in test facilities.
• Manage tools documenting complex flow of integration activities and coordination of resources.
• Write and review integration and verification documentation (test plans, procedures, test cases, reports).
• Assist in review and analysis of test data to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Summarize data analysis for internal/external stakeholders and program leadership.
• Collaborate across engineering functions to drive performance with operations/manufacturing.
• Travel up to 10% to support mission execution at various locations; onsite at Andover, MA.
