Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support the GMASS program in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on software-intensive integration and verification, developing test plans and procedures, and ensuring requirements are fully verified across software, hardware, and cybersecurity teams.

You will collaborate with IPTs, participate in test readiness reviews, and provide status updates to program leadership.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience; Master's with 3+ years.
Experience developing verification procedures for software-intensive systems.
Experience executing formal system/software verification testing.
Experience developing test documentation (plans/procedures/reports).
Ability to travel up to 30%, CONUS and international.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute system integration and test activities for software and hardware verification.
Create and maintain detailed test plans, procedures, and verification reports.
Develop verification procedures to support customer acceptance testing.
Support subsystem and system integration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Verify system performance against requirements and document results.
Maintain requirements traceability and verification documentation.
Participate in integration planning and formal test events.
Collaborate across IPTs and provide status updates to leadership.
