Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
Interim DoD Secret clearance or higher.
Familiarity with the systems engineering lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in using a requirements management tool, such as DOORS, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Perform MBSE-based system modeling to define interfaces, requirements and behaviors.
Support requirements analysis and functional allocation to hardware, software and components.
Review engineering documentation with radar SMEs for accuracy and completeness.
Participate in engineering peer reviews to ensure quality and rigor.
Interface with the customer to support scope and requirements definition.
Create/update requirement specifications and data deliverables (CDRLs/DALs).
Generate, review and update systems engineering documentation with SMEs.
