Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL seeks a Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer to lead system integration and test activities across the full product lifecycle for cyber-resilient, cloud-based solutions. You will develop test plans, verify requirements, and coordinate across systems engineering, software, cybersecurity, and external partners to ensure successful verification.

The ideal candidate has aerospace/defense experience, hands-on testing with RF equipment, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of related experience or 10 years without degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with complex system integration in aerospace/defense environments.
• Strong verification and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration and testing of lower-level software components through verification.
• Develop and maintain Test Requirements Documents, Test Designs, and Test Plans.
• Coordinate test beds and HW/SW-in-the-loop environments; support validation activities.
• Define verification strategies and maintain RVTM; collaborate across teams.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
