Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Senior Associate, Integration/Test Engineering to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. You will coordinate assembly through system-level integration and testing to ensure technical obligations are fulfilled.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, executing various levels of testing, documenting results, and performing root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Master's Degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Perform systems engineering tasks for both manual and automated test processes.
Develop test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation.
Execute system, CCA and component level functional testing and document results.
Use software tools and perform scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting.
Setup, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple devices to perform verification and validation.
Perform root cause analysis and correction action creation.
Support Operations in failure/trend analysis and ensure failure trends are identified and resolved.
May provide technical consultation to internal organizations and/or customers.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
