Job summary

You will lead hardware integration, develop test plans, and collaborate across design, production and management to ensure mission-critical performance.

The role requires a DoD security clearance, a strong background in RF systems, and hands-on testing experience across life cycle stages.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 4+ years of relevant experience.
Active US DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Experience with RF testing and system integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead integration and test activities for hardware subassemblies and systems.
Develop, analyze, and execute test plans; validate performance against criteria.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform root cause analysis on test issues.
Collaborate with design, production and project management to define testing requirements.
Document test reports, procedures, and specifications; communicate results to stakeholders.
Integrate RF receive/transmit components into systems; support product lifecycle phases.
Resolve nonconformances using structured corrective actions and root-cause methodologies.
