Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL is seeking an IT&E Engineer to support system integration and qualification efforts. You will design and execute sub-system and system level tests, prepare test equipment, and assist with DVT/ESS/EMI activities for new hardware.

The role requires domestic travel up to 10%, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics, and an Active Secret Clearance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T).
• Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles.
• Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures.
• Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events.
• Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including ESS, EMI, and ATP for new hardware.
• Support failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies.
• Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile.
• Travel domestically to support program test events and meetings.
