Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced engineering professional for advanced integration and test responsibilities in Orlando, FL. The role covers planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining test solutions for complex systems and subsystems, including in-house and COTS/GOTS components.

The candidate will oversee test plans, plans execution, and coordinate with multiple teams to verify system performance and generate comprehensive evaluation reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in hardware lab testing
• Minimum of 5+ years work experience in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing
• Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
• Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
• Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
