Job summary

DYCK-O'NEAL, INC is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Systems Development, Integration & Reporting to lead development, integration, reporting, and support of the company’s data platforms in Dallas, TX. The role requires coding, troubleshooting, and steering a team of SQL Report professionals.

You will design and maintain SQL solutions, APIs, SFTP workflows, and Power BI dashboards, while aligning projects with business priorities and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in systems development, data integration, BI, or related technical field.
• Strong project-management, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and support of internal applications and data processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, REST, SFTP, flat files, and database connections.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting views.
• Oversee IT support tickets and production operations, ensuring issue resolution and reliability.
• Supervise SQL Report Developer/Report Builder and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline
