Job summary

Winaxis LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to join our data team in Dallas. You will manage the master data set, develop reports, and troubleshoot data issues, requiring a fine eye for detail and deep knowledge of data analysis tools and databases.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks, analyze existing tools, and translate business requirements into clear, nontechnical terms while supporting the data warehouse and reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field
• Ability to translate business requirements into nontechnical terms
• Experience with large-scale databases and metadata standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Manage users and user roles.
• Provide QA of imported data with QA analysts if needed.
• Develop reports and analyses.
• Design and maintain the reporting environment with data sources, security, and metadata.
• Support data warehouse reporting requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and normalization.
• Assist with new systems evaluation and upgrades.
• Generate reports from multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot reporting databases and reports.
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Provide expertise in data storage, mining, and cleansing.
