Job summary

TriSearch is seeking a Development Services Manager in Dallas to lead the Development Services team, delivering full-stack .NET applications and BI initiatives. The role combines hands-on software architecture with team leadership to align delivery with data architecture and business goals.

The manager will guide Application Developers and BI Engineers, oversee data warehousing, ELT pipelines, and Power BI integrations, and collaborate with IT leadership on standards and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible software development experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Experience leading developers, BI Engineers, or similar professionals in a Microsoft-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and manages the Development Services team including Application Developers and BI Engineers; conducts performance reviews, sets goals, and supports professional growth.
• Architects, develops, and maintains full stack applications on the Microsoft .NET platform (C#, ASP.NET Core), serving as the team’s senior technical resource for application development.
• Manages enterprise data solutions including data warehouses, dimensional models, and ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server.
