Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years of professional experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with requirements analysis, functional decomposition, and interface management.
• Knowledge of C5ISR, SIGINT, EW, or intelligence systems.
• Experience with MBSE using SysML and tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, communications, cyber, electrical, and mechanical solutions.
• Conduct system-level verification, validation, and test planning/execution.
• Develop and maintain systems engineering artifacts: requirements specs, ICDs, system architecture docs, and TPMs.
• Support ERBs, TIMs, and program milestone reviews.
• Perform analyses to optimize total system performance and ensure DoD standards compliance.
