Job summary

RTX is seeking Senior Engineers for the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Center in Tucson, AZ. You will focus on hardware/software integration, verification, and testing across diverse effector programs, from seabed to space, collaborating with customers and suppliers to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering with hands-on project work.
• Experience in systems integration and test in lab or field environments.
• Ability to plan or execute Platform Integration or Flight Test Missions.
• Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and testing of Effector systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Lead a small team in integration and test activities.
• Support testing efforts with plan development, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate platform integration across customer subsystems and launch platforms.
• Plan and execute flight test missions with logistics, safety, and telemetry.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues and perform data analysis.
