Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support the C-5 Galaxy WLS program at Robins AFB, GA. You will lead systems engineering, integration, risk analyses, and airworthiness activities to ensure lifecycle sustainment.

The role requires DoD program experience, strong knowledge of AFPD 62-6 and MIL-HDBK-516, and the ability to work on-site at Warner Robins, GA. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering with 12+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15+ years of DoD-related experience acceptable.
• Expert knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities focusing on design, integration, and configuration management.
• Develop processes to ensure weapon systems are fully integrated and safe.
• Apply AFPD 62-6, MIL-HDBK-516, and FAA airworthiness requirements to flight approval.
• Perform risk assessments and provide safety analyses for high-priority issues.
• Support development and verification across hardware and software systems.
