Qualifications

• Master's in Systems Engineering or related field with 12+ years in DoD programs.
• Expert knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of DoD airworthiness and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities focusing on design, integration, manufacturing, quality, and configuration management.
• Develop processes to ensure weapon systems are fully integrated, safe, and effective.
• Support AFPD 62-6, MIL-HDBK-516, and FAA airworthiness requirements for flight authorization.
• Perform risk assessments and safety analyses for high priority issues.
• Support SEP development and system design baselines.
• Analyze proposals for design feasibility and system capability.
