Job summary

Diaconia is seeking a talented Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on systems engineering, integration, and lifecycle management for weapon systems, ensuring airworthiness and compliant OSS&E processes across programs.

The candidate will develop and deploy processes to maintain safety, reliability, and interoperability, providing technical guidance to program offices while upholding DoD standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Advanced degree with 12+ years within DoD is required.
• BA/BS with 15+ years of DoD experience accepted as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering across design and integration, manufacturing, quality, and lifecycle data management.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain processes to ensure weapon systems are integrated, manufactured, sustained and operationally safe.
• Understand and apply Airworthiness guidance and OSS&E processes across the program.
• Provide risk assessments, safety analyses, and recommendations addressing high-priority safety issues.
• Offer system integration guidance for installation and maintenance to program offices.
