Job summary

Abacus Technology is seeking a Sr. Systems Integration Engineer to provide technical support at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA. This full-time role requires extensive systems engineering, DoD program experience, and a secret clearance.

Duties include system design, integration, and lifecycle risk assessments. The candidate will deploy processes ensuring weapon systems are fully integrated, manufactured, and maintained with airworthiness compliance and effective interoperability across hardware

Qualifications

15+ years experience in systems engineering including at least 5 years supporting DoD programs.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Able to apply DoD/AF principles to improve performance and sustainability of weapon systems.
Experience with system definition, development, integration, verification, and risk modeling.

Responsibilities

Perform systems engineering to include design and integration; manufacturing, quality, and data management.
Develop, deploy, and maintain processes to assure weapon systems are integrated, manufactured, sustained, and safely operated.
Apply airworthiness processes and provide risk assessments and safety recommendations.
Provide system integration guidance to aircraft program offices and Government.
