Job summary

Parry Labs in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to lead complex hardware, software, networking, and platform integration efforts. You will drive build sequences, verify interfaces, coordinate releases, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines to deliver end‑to‑end systems for national defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering, CS, or physics; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years in systems integration or related engineering roles.
• Experience leading subsystem or system‑level integration in a structured environment.
• Hands‑on verification of Ethernet/serial/USB/CAN interfaces.
• Experience with system builds, baselines, version control, and defect tracking.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross‑discipline communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead subsystem and system‑level integration across hardware, software, networking, and platforms.
• Develop and maintain integration strategies, build sequences, and dependency maps.
• Verify interfaces across system boundaries with multiple teams.
• Lead system build, installation, configuration, and baseline management.
• Identify risks and blockers; drive issues to closure.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues using diagnostics and tools.
• Coordinate software versions, hardware revisions, and release impacts.
• Support lab workflows and automation improvements.
• Maintain traceability between requirements and integrated capabilities.
• Coordinate issue tracking and change inputs.
• Lead cross‑functional technical execution with multiple teams.
• Support readiness activities and customer integration events.
• Mentor junior engineers and strengthen integration discipline.
• Other duties as assigned.
