Job summary

Parry Labs, LLC in Dallas is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to lead complex hardware, software, networking, and platform integrations. You will develop integration strategies, manage builds, and resolve cross-disciplinary issues to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in systems integration, hands-on experience with Ethernet/CAN/USB interfaces, and a current ability to obtain an Active Secret clearance. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
• 8+ years in systems integration or related technical roles.
• Experience leading subsystem or system-level integration in structured environments.
• Hands-on experience verifying hardware/software interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, USB).
• Proven ability to coordinate builds, baselines, and issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead subsystem and system-level integration planning and execution.
• Develop integration strategies, build sequences, and risk mitigation plans.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software interfaces across system boundaries.
• Direct system build, installation, configuration, and baseline management.
• Coordinate software versions, hardware revisions, and configuration baselines.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional engagement.
