Job summary

WiseHR Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to design, implement, and maintain all network, servers, and related hardware and software supporting the company's information technology landscape.

You will oversee 24/7 availability, security, disaster recovery, and optimization across development, testing, and production environments, working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years hands-on Linux systems administration and server management in 24x7 environments.
• Strong knowledge of web hosting components: firewalls, load balancers, web and database servers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company’s servers including hardware/software support, diagnostics, and special projects.
• Builds and maintains the servers and associated hardware and software required for development work, internal testing and production environments; ensures 24/7 High Availability.
• Provides direction in complex problem-solving situations and interacts with internal staff as required.
• Collaborates with Web Services engineers on server design, database design and deployment planning.
• Documents, maintains, and enhances existing company servers and associated hardware and software.
