Job summary

Pearl Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to act as a technical architect and strategic partner, shaping the design and execution of large-scale initiatives that enable healthcare technology at scale.

You will lead multi-team efforts, define engineering standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, and design to deliver reliable, secure systems that support value-based care delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving technical direction for cross-functional projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive system design and technical planning for large, cross-functional initiatives.
