Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support Enterprise Platforms & Applications. You will collaborate with Systems, Software, Hardware, Test, and Engineering teams to guide products toward a cohesive, integrated solution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 3 years with a Masters; 1 year with a PhD; 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle principles (requirements, architecture, integration, verification, validation).
• Experience with horizontal integration across subsystems, platforms, suppliers and engineering disciplines.
• Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) such as SRR, TRR, KDD, ERB, etc.
• Proficiency with Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Experience with applied SysML using Cameo Systems Modeler/DOORS software.
• Familiarity with model governance concepts, such as configuration management and control processes.
• Ability to review models for compliance with organizational modeling standards and best practices.
• Work on an agile team utilizing Jira to track work progress.
• Communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings at technical and program reviews and boards.
• Apply extensive technical expertise in the development of technical solutions to complex problems.
