Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Sr Principal Systems Engineer in San Diego, CA to drive cross-IPT system engineering efforts across MBSE, DevSecOps, and Agile practices. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Software, or related STEM with 8 years of experience; or 6 years with a MS; or 4 years with a STEM PhD
• Demonstrated communication and technical writing skills
• Proven experience in the systems engineering process
• Experience in system requirements development, management, analysis, verification, or validation
• Must be a US Citizen
• Current/active US Government Secret clearance
• Must currently have SAP or must be able to obtain and maintain SAP

Responsabilidades

• Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, and requirements translation using DOORS
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo EA (behavioral, structural, analytical)
• Ensure requirements and architecture align with program needs
• Collaborate with IPT counterparts to develop engineering artifacts
• Develop and mature architecture content for large programs
• Incorporate requirements into the model and ensure coverage
• Develop model techniques, tools, and processes for integration
• Participate in ERBs and program reviews
• Present technical approaches clearly at reviews and boards
• Provide cross-IPT support for capture efforts and trade studies
• Conduct integration activities in a lab environment with customers
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain a multi-vendor lab environment
• Resolve integration issues proactively
