Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO seeks a Senior Systems Health & Integrated Diagnostics Engineer (Level 5) to join the Reliability, Maintainability & System Health team. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited engineering-related field.
• 14+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, test, and delivery of Integrated Health Management (IHM) and system health models.
• Translate customer requirements into compliant system-level health architectures and verification plans.
• Drive systems-of-systems trades and analyses to optimize system health, reliability, maintainability, availability and lifecycle cost.
• Coordinate and verify supplier deliverables and lead supplier technical reviews.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, diagnostics, and avionics integration teams to ensure consistent health implementation.
• Define, manage and validate requirements; create and maintain traceability, risk and opportunity registers, and test strategies.
• Plan and execute validation & verification (V&V) activities for internal, supplier, and contract/product specifications.
• Provide SME support to MQ-25 and other Air Dominance programs on health management topics.
• Mentor and develop team members; communicate progress and risks to leadership and customers.
