Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks a Senior Systems Health & Integrated Diagnostics Engineer (Level 5) to join the Reliability, Maintainability & System Health team in Berkeley, MO. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 14+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building relationships & proficient communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing and delivery of Integrated Health Management and System Health models using RAMC tools.
• Translate customer requirements into compliant system-level health architectures and verification plans.
• Drive trades analyses to optimize system health, reliability, maintainability, availability and lifecycle cost.
• Coordinate and verify supplier deliverables and lead supplier technical reviews.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, diagnostics, and avionics teams to ensure consistent health implementation.
• Define and manage requirements; maintain traceability, risk and opportunity registers, and test strategies.
• Plan and execute V&V activities for internal and supplier specifications.
• Provide SME support to MQ-25 and other programs on health management topics.
• Mentor team members; communicate progress and risks to leadership and customers.
• Domestic and/or international travel up to 10% as required.
