Responsibilities

Lead furniture installation, reconfiguration, and repair projects.
Interpret furniture installation drawings and specifications.
Coordinate installation schedules, punch lists, and project execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for installation contractors and project teams.
Manage furniture staging areas and installation inventory.
Provide quality control oversight for furniture installation projects.
Coordinate workstation key and lock installation, removal, replacement, and inventory management.
Support office moves, relocations, and workspace reconfigurations.
Ensure proper disposal, recycling, repurposing, and buy-back activities for excess furniture.
Work closely with Space Planners and end users to ensure accurate installations.
Retrieve furniture products and verify material availability before installations.
Train and guide junior installers during project execution.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure proper material handling procedures are followed
