Qualifications

• US DoD Top Secret clearance required at start date.
• US citizenship is required to access program information.
• Experience leading engineering teams with cost/schedule accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers across the full development lifecycle.
• Own engineering execution for scope, schedule, and cost with EVMS involvement.
• Ensure disciplined use of development processes and lifecycle plans.
• Guide proposal, capture activities, and provide technical direction.
• Manage people and resources; drive staffing and performance management.
• Partner with leadership to plan broad departmental initiatives.
• Uphold RTX Values; foster care, inclusion, and optimal performance.
