The position emphasizes program management, risk mitigation, verification planning, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. It is contingent upon award in 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a master's degree.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with investigation date within last 6 years.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and SAP approval.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile team execution and use of digital engineering/toolsets such as JIRA, Confluence, DOORS, or Cameo.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the Product Definition IPT Lead and coordinate cross-IPT dependencies.
• Lead a multi-disciplined systems engineering team through the TMRR phase with planning, tasking, performance management and staff development.
• Perform system architecture development, requirements allocation, interface definition and verification planning.
