Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager 2 for the TACAMO program in Roy, UT. You will lead day-to-day program execution, manage costs, schedule, and technical performance, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure successful hardware integration.

The role requires TS clearance, strong leadership and customer-facing skills, and a proactive approach to risk management. A relocation package may be available and benefits are comprehensive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Nuclear Hardness & Survivability (NH&S) or MBSE experience, preferably both.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program budgets and schedules.
• Direct and control program activities across functions and suppliers.
• Oversee subcontractor activities with Global Supply Chain Management.
• Ensure adherence to contract scope and manage changes.
• Foster customer relationships to develop additional opportunities.
• Engage in regular customer interactions to assess execution effectiveness.
• Provide leadership to the program team to achieve goals and results.
• Conduct risk and opportunity management including mitigation.
