Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager (Level K) to lead a high-caliber, multi-disciplinary systems engineering team in a fast-paced space mission systems environment. The role involves guiding modernization, process automation, and program-wide technical decisions across multiple sites in Seal Beach, El Segundo, and Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance required.
At least one year of leadership experience OR completed Boeing's Exploring Leadership course.
2+ years of experience on space programs.
2+ years of experience with system software integration and test.

Responsibilities

Oversee a multi-disciplinary systems engineering team.
Support modernization and automation of heritage mission integration and test processes and products.
Drive alignment to the roadmap vision and automate to reduce costs while increasing quality.
Contribute to technical and cost baselines of proposals and bids for future architecture activities.
Support architecture and technical trades for program decisions and future business.
Manage resources, schedules, and staffing to execute concurrent programs.
Cultivate a culture of respect, transparency, excellence, inspiration, and fun.
