Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required; US citizenship is required.
• 5+ years of experience in information technology, telecommunications, or software.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-skilled team of systems engineers, cloud architects, administrators, network architects, and others.
• Lead a significant new multi-year modernization effort, including transition to a cloud environment and implementing infrastructure efficiency opportunities.
• Drive alignment to the roadmap vision, while automating to reduce operational costs and increasing quality.
• Provide oversight for technical and cost baselines of proposals and bids for future architecture activities.
• Perform architecture and technical trades for program decisions and future business.
• Manage resources, schedules, and staffing to execute concurrent programs.
• Cultivate a culture of respect, transparency, excellence, inspiration, and fun.
