• Identify, define, and maintain key interfaces and services as-is.
• Define and defend modernization strategy including module selection based on benefits and cost.
• Input non-functional goals into the rearchitected system.
• Define incremental modernization roadmap including availability, performance goals, sequence, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise architecture to enable strategic or tactical transformations.
• Develop innovative solutions for complex problems and mentor team members.
• Communicate modernization roadmap and ensure alignment with the software team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with USG customers and other software modernization engineers.
