Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks a Senior Manager Systems Engineering in Aurora, CO to lead ES disciplines and agile execution for the HBMAS program. You will drive requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and secure cloud-enabled mission capabilities.

The role requires senior leadership, collaboration with customers, and occasional travel. A TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading system engineering, test or integration teams.
• Experience managing staffing, growth & development.
• Ability to lead scrum teams and interpret metrics.
• Experience with modern agile execution.
• Experience guiding DoD mission systems, cybersecurity requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidiscipline engineering teams and establish agile processes.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, and program management.
• Drive staffing and coordination between SE teams and matrix organization.
• Provide mentorship and career development for team members.
• Present technical direction to customers and leadership.
