Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to lead verification activities across cloud-enabled, distributed mission systems supporting HB MAS Sustainment and Development. You will develop test strategies, guide automated solutions, validate interfaces, and support integration across multidiscipline teams. An active TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship are required. This onsite role involves leading testing efforts and coordinating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience with distributed or cloud-based test engineering.
• Familiar with interface/configuration management practices.
• Experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of test plans, procedures, and automated test scripts.
• Perform integration and verification of distributed, cloud-enabled mission applications.
• Evaluate end-to-end data flows, security controls, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide test environment setup, data preparation, and deployment validation.
• Drive defect investigation and coordinate root cause analysis with engineering teams.
• Maintain alignment of test artifacts within controlled technical baselines.
• Participate in interface control working groups.
• Provide input to architecture discussions to ensure testability.
