Responsibilities

• Collaborate with systems users and Software Engineering on IT improvements and troubleshooting solutions.
• Liaise with Software Engineering on supported products.
• Build and facilitate vendor relationships.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to implement product enhancement plans.
• Provide backup to Helpdesk and maintain IT systems.
