Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to independently maintain IT hardware, software, operating systems, and applications. The role covers Windows and/or Linux server administration, O365 product support, VMware maintenance, and architecture design for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting advanced issues, managing permissions, updating network diagrams, and leading upgrades and configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux servers.
• Experience with VMware virtualization technology.
• In-depth knowledge of O365 products and AD/GP.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintains IT hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
• Performs Windows and/or Linux server administration.
• Troubleshoots complex IT issues to access technical resources.
• Supports and administers O365 products.
• Performs VMware maintenance and configuration.
• Designs and manages application interfaces and dependencies.
• Provides architectural support for multiple platforms.
• Maintains network diagrams and documentation.
• Leads in upgrading, installing, and configuring software/hardware.
• Manages system permissions and user accounts.
• Provides tier 3 troubleshooting as needed.
