Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise systems engineering with deep virtualization experience.
• Large-scale hypervisor migrations in environments with 100+ hosts or 1,000+ VMs.
• Hardware sizing for migrations (Dell, HP, or Supermicro).
• Experience in regulated environments with strict change management (SOX, ServiceNow).
• Strong automation mindset using PowerShell or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale hypervisor refresh across all layers, including cluster builds, architecture design, and VM migrations.
• Oversee a large private cloud estate across multiple datacenters with plans to scale workloads into public clouds.
• Manage capacity and performance planning across HCI, 3-tier deployments, and hosted Kubernetes solutions.
• Maintain security baselines and develop automation scripts to reduce toil; create robust BAU runbooks.
• Collaborate with the global infrastructure team on Windows Server management, Active Directory, and cross-team incidents.
