Job summary

Everforth ECS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership for virtual training systems and oversee the transition of logistics trainers into the Synthetic Training Environment (STE). The role combines advanced systems engineering with hands-on design, development, and integration activities across government and contractor teams.

Required: 8+ years in systems engineering (TADSS or simulation), DoDAF/MBSE experience, Army Regulation testing familiarity, and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with TADSS or simulation software.
Familiarity with DoDAF architecture and MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) tools.
Experience with Army Regulation (Test and Evaluation Policy) and RMF/ATO processes.
Active SECRET clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for virtual training systems and oversee STE integration across government and contractor teams.
Lead design, development, and integration activities for training platforms.
Develop and review SEPs and requirements for VR/AR and cloud-based training solutions.
Support RMF, ATO documentation and security compliance activities.
Oversee contractor-conducted testing (FCA/PCA) and ensure government specifications meet standards.
