Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support agile development of software solutions for space-to-ground systems. The role requires full lifecycle SE&I expertise and the ability to translate user needs into software features. A TS/SCI with poly clearance is preferred.

This position is 100% on-site in Sterling, VA. Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field; Experience: 5+ years in SE&I.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering and integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• Experience turning user and mission needs into software features for implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable software applications with full lifecycle SE&I expertise.
• Collaborate with development team to define, design, and implement features and capabilities.
• Participate in agile ceremonies throughout the software development lifecycle.
